We truly value your business and strive to offer top-notch products. Given the bespoke nature of our items, there are some unique aspects to our return policy that you should be aware of.

All our products are made-to-order, which means each piece is crafted specifically for an individual order. This tailored approach, while ensuring uniqueness and quality, also incurs certain costs right from the start of the production process. As a result, once your order has been processed, all sales become final. This means we cannot offer cash refunds or accept returns, with the exception of defective items.

We understand that occasionally, things might not go as planned, and an item could arrive with issues. If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please reach out to us at within 10 days of receiving the shipment. To help us assist you efficiently, include your order number, product details, an image showcasing the defect, and your order invoice in the email. If we confirm the defect or error on our part, we'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent out to you. There's no need to send back the defective item; we'd rather you avoid the hassle.

One of the main reasons we don't accept returns is the international shipping aspect. Shipping items back overseas can be quite expensive for our customers, and the process can be time-consuming and complex. It's essential for us that our customers have a smooth experience, and avoiding these complications helps achieve that.

To summarize:

  • Sales are final once orders are processed. No cash refunds or general returns.
  • Defective or incorrect items? Contact us within 10 days of receipt.
  • If an item is confirmed defective, we'll send a replacement. No need to return the original.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or made-to-orderĀ items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If the customer has ordered the wrong size of an item or if the item received is either too big or too small, please send us an email atĀ We will then re-ship you a new item if you accept the shipping & handling charges. We will only do this once per customer per order.

Upon the acceptance of your order cancellation, GHST will issue a refund. However, please note that we will not provide cash refunds. Instead, all refunds will be given in the form of store credit.
